Drivers in UK

I had a delivery for huawei and i only got a package open with just a letter on it.. The actual item was missing. I suppose to get a tablet but is missing and im trying to phone and dont answer to the phone is sayibg like all the operators are busy at the moment.

Wish I didn't even need to give a star still waiting on parcel was expecting on Thursday 23th may did not come said they tried to deliver and put a card through door was in all day and no card was put through door phoned them on the Thursday and say they would deliver on Friday still not on van phoned again on Friday said they would deliver on Saturday no delivery again DX when I'm I going to receive my parcel ????

Rubbish rubbish rubbish. Never even tried to deliver. You should shut down your company stopping messing up with peoples’ critical documents.

Service is rubbish. I will give 0 if i could. I doubt this company will survive if it is not hooked up with government contract. Absolutely a joke as a delivery service company.

Actually I found this office not as horrible as people described here. Dx in general is not a good company but I called them and rearranged my passport for collection and I didn't have any problem.
