Helpful staff. Needed a parcel and they went above and beyond to help me!! They staff were so so helpful and polite.

Got a dreaded We Missed You card for an order I wasn't expecting till tomorrow. Rang with low expectations after seeing the reviews, the guy was great! he rang me back because he was busy when I called, handled my request and I'm picking it up from the Depot in the morning

Useless. Was told a delivery to be attempted next day I said I can pick up after work as needed it that evening and travelling was told they had to try deliver it before I could pick it up! Even though I told the, no one was going to be there and I had to have it before I travelled. No local number to chat to loacal branch to arrange a pick up early. Pathetic.

As always useless. Sat home all day waiting for collection. Lost a days wage. No attempt to collect, called customer services twice. Useless. Always have this problem. Shortest time they have ever done a collection is 4 days late worst was 3 weeks. Worst thing is it was not a surprise. Fully expected it. Used to be a good company such a shame.

I unfortunately have to use them as the company I use, uses UPS - something I'm getting them to change due to how pathetic they are. I don't bother asking for delivery and go and pick up packages from the UPS depot as the drivers never show up at the times listed, and lie saying they attempted delivery when my CCTV says and showsdifferent. Seems the management is non existent and completely void of basic skills.
