Little removals company were booked to visit my home today and give me a quote. A woman from the office rang 15 minutes after they were due to arrive to say they couldn't make it. No apology. I explained that this abrupt cancellation was inconvenient as I'd cancelled plans to be there, she made a half flustered apology and explained that they didn't have enough staff. Not very reliable, not friendly and not professional. Hopefully she was just having a bad day! I've booked with someone else.

The Little Removals Company is the best removal company you can ever hire to do your move. They arranged my moving quickly, professionally, and were bang on schedule. They packed my 2 bed flat in Brighton (UK) in a day, carefully and efficiently. Their quote was the best compared to any other services out there. They have the best friendly attitude while remaining very professional. I loved the fact that they came prepared, were very respectful of my belongings and made me feel that I was in good hands. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get the most out of their moving budget.

We were absolutely amazed that you managed to move the salon to our new premises in just 1 hour and 45 minutes. My daughter and her partner choose this firm to move them to Cheltenham and I was there when they delivered. Unbeknown to the company I was due to arrange removals for my Mother in Law and because I was impressed with their operation I felt I didn't need to look any further. When they delivered the boys couldn't have been more helpful, and I got the impression that they would have stayed all night if necessary, to get everything just where we wanted it. All the lads have exemplary good manners, with just the right levels of familiarity. This is down to good company policy and management expectation. We recently used The Little Removals Company to move house and despite it being a last minute move, everything went perfectly thanks to these guys. We had a big house which was a lot of effort to pack up and move with some very heavy and fragile items which the boys managed with ease, they had no problem staying late to help us put back together the beds and some of the furniture, even returning to pick up some items we'd forgotten. Will definitely use again in the future, thank you so much for making the day a lot less stressful!!
