Used to be great, now hopeless. Too often Items are damaged, collections are missed and I have had furious customers too many times. They refuse to resolve these problems. I will never use them again.

Terrible service, the website is appalling refreshing it crashes it. You can’t arrange a time for delivery either. Avoid like the plague

Delivery due 23/08/18. Nothing. Then e-mail saying CLOSED / CARDED. No card. What do I do now. Terrible service
Subsequently found that I would be allowed to go and collect but need the non-existent card to do so.

Very helpful. Man even carried my parcel to my car. Can't remember that happening at depot where they have orange wagons.
