Realistically speaking, if there was an option for no stars, that's what i would have chosen. Their drivers/courriers are the most incompetent team of humans in the world. If you live in an apartment with a key pad, you'll never never receive a delivery, just a number of pamphlets claiming you weren't home to receive your delivery. 3 different delivery attempts with 3 different parcels and each time, the same issue. Ridiculous.

Previous reviews are biased from an employees point of view and not a customer judging the companies performance. This company struggle to deliver a parcel although they call themselves a courier company. Rather than deliver the parcel they force you to collect the parcel. Travelling 30 miles to the depot they still cannot give me the parcel even though head office had informed me to collect it. Not to mention the rude staff plus another member who could hardly speak English throwing threats.
