Very clean & tidy, the staff were efficient. The only downfall was that none of the card machine's worked. All of us that queued had wasted our time and had to leave the queue to get cash.

Not always enough staff. I appreciate they have a labour figure they need to maintain, but i see people walking away as fed up with waiting.
Myself, I enjoy BK food, the long BK Burger is so nice.

Much better than it used to be. Fresh cooked, the girl serving is intelligent and on point. I was very impressed with both the food and the service after normally using the St. Marks one after previous visits. Well done.
