Poor customer service, paid extra for a specific day/time for collection only to be forgotten and items picked up 3 days later, requested refunded for this & 3 weeks gone still waiting. Upon delivery of items driver backed over corner of my neighbours garden, but they claim as not permanently damaged & easily fixable they accept no liability! Not even an apology which would have been enough. We were also blamed for pallets being too heavy (which were definately not), and told it was our fault collection & delivery took so long as we had not advised them they were collecting from a gravel drive even though at no point was we asked about collection/delivery surface. Because of this we was asked to provide help for loading & unloading of pallets at each end, would not have used them if knew this. I have been in touch but they accept no responsibility/ liability for anything, and hope by just ignoring your emails it will just be forgotten. I would not use this company services if you need collection/delivery from a residential address that does not have a perfectly flat tarmac driveway & space for a massive lorry to back onto.

Great service from Palletised Shipping Services! Even though the collection was delayed the guys in the office upgraded the service to make sure my delivery got delivered on time. Definitely use again Richie Cooper

Collection driver deliberately broke one of the bottom planks off the pallet so he could pump the truck up, which is standard procedure and I have no problem with (and no, it wasn't an accident because the plank was 5m away from where the pallet was, completely away from the line he would have taken to the back of his truck). But he then left the plank with 6 nails in it on our drive, so when my partner backed onto the drive that evening, bingo, £130 puncture. Who in their right mind does such a thing. He could have just propped it against the fence. Absolutely appalled by the complete lack of care shown by the driver. I have used them before, but won't be again as they don't seem keen on accepting responsibility.

Superb service. Very helpful staff on phone and very competent driver. Fast, efficient, safe handling of a difficult heavy load.Pickup was very quick, and transport of my goods from south wales to east scotland was surprisingly fast, even over a weekend. Pickup thursday and delivery monday. AND, all at a very competitive price compared to some other quotes. The instant online quotation is great, lets one know exactly where one is at with costs. I was not experienced with organising a carrier for heavy goods, but palletised shipping ltd took all the worry out of it. I recommend this firm without reservation. They will undoubtedly be my first choice in future.
