How is DX still in business? I have had 3 delivery attempts, including trying to get my parcel delivered to my neighbours and left in a safe place, your customer service doesn't exist, i have spent several hours battling your automated service, I really dont understand your work ethic, I have given up even trying to have my parcel delivered I guess you will have to return to sender and I will miss out because of your incompetent business module. So glad i have CCTV all over my house, this will deffinetly be going all social media!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't make a phone call and only left a note. I called the courier company for three days and only said one wait. I haven't received the parcel on the fourth day. How do you solve this situation? The contents of the package are very important.

DX had been appointment by HM Passport office to safely delivery our passport. Clearly the delivery drivers coundt give a toss about our passport and have the decency to deliver to where it should. I had to call back to HM Passport office thats its either lost or stolen becuase its said been delivered 10days ago which clearly havent. try to call to speak to someone but impossible to get through to anyone. Now its under investigation and will take a while now before we receive our passport.

Revieved a message saying nobody was at the address of delivery when they tried to deliver the parcel and they had left a card. I was at the address all morning and at the time of the delivery. No card was left which I think is terrible. Called customer services straight away and was told the driver had ran out of delivery cards🙄 terrible customer service. Have read other reviews with the same problem.

Disgusting level of service and liars. Ordered a treadmill received a delivery date even booked a day off work to ensure I was there, received confirmation that they were coming then a text stating that they were unable to get an answer on my door or bell and left a card which was an outright lie as no card was even left and I was sitting there waiting. Called the office and they said that the driver told them they came to the address which was obviously a lie I explained to the person on the phone this and they said they would redeliver the next day which I explained I would need to take another day off of work therefore to ensure that it needs to be delivered. They stated they would deliver in the morning as a priority. Needless to say this didn't happen therefore after lunch time I called them and asked whether they could check on my delivery they confirmed it was out for delivery with one of their drivers and should arrive within the hour. I waited but still no delivery, being wary that the office telephone line closes at a set time I called them again for the company to say to me that all their drivers have come back for the day (at 4 o clock) and that they don't have a driver to deliver. At this point I was furious for wasting two holidays to ensure that I was in for them to lie and not even be bothered to attempt to deliver even on the second day. The person on the phone stated that I was able to come and pick it up from the depo in Newport that's right a delivery company asking me to come and pick up my parcel from their depo to do the job they couldn't be bothered to do themselves it's not like it's their job oh wait it is, I explained I don't have access to a vehicle at the moment and with the item being a treadmill it would be impossible to come to collect even if I wanted to. I then was forced to take a third day off work to finally have the item delivered. If a delivery company can't make a delivery then don't be a delivery company end of. If anyone from the company would like to contact me reply to this post and I will happily clarify any of the details.
