If you go here you will be waiting 45 minutes to be charged £12.50 per item (if you want to leave it more than 3 hours), which is extortionate for what the service is. My group decided to miss our last 2 Fringe shows because it was so important not to give this company the satisfaction of fleecing us. This place is to be avoided at all costs.

Nominal price and great service. Easy way to explore Edinburgh, without baggage. Highly recommended for travellers.

Staff are really friendly, 7.5 pounds for less than 3 hours is a bit expensive but oh well, good location. However there was a looong queue around 11am when I was passing , just to let you know.

A very expensive way to store your luggage for a short time. The service was OK and friendly enough. But after reading other reviews we wished we had've used the bus station lockers. We found these after and paid £5 for a small locker (which fitted all our smaller bags in). We could use these for up to 12 hours unlike the 3hrs (2h 50m) oh the Excess Baggage Company.
Overall, very pricey.
